I really miss storytelling and I really miss my friends I used to perform with. We had a chat and decided to set up our own storytelling channel - Storytime Friends. Our first story is called The Enormous Pumpkin. My friend Maggie wrote the story, made puppets and did the voiceover. I put the story together in iMovie and draw some backdrops. It was hard work but we enjoyed putting our time and energy into something we both believe in - telling and sharing stories for children all around the world. We both love The Enormous Turnip story - In Czech we have The Enormous Beetroot so why not Pumpkin? :-) This tale is not only about the giant pumpkin and teamwork but also about the act of kindness.
The old lady couldn't afford to pay for the goods but farmer's wife was very kind and filled the bag with fruit and vegetables for free.
We need more kindness like this in real life. So please, be kind and give if you can :-)
